On the way back to Salem, we stopped at Multnomah Falls, the highest in
Oregon. The upper falls are 542 feet high.
After returning to Salem, guests and hosts were reunited for a last evening
together.
Chris and Marcia Durham, who arranged this tour's host families, treated
their guests to a Thanksgiving dinner as a farewell meal. Here are Natsuki
Baba, Maho Ando, and Junko Iyama helping Marcia in the kitchen.
The Thanksgiving dinner was eaten together by candlelight.
